The first step
Separate the problem of logging in from the lack of control over accounts. If the panel returns to the main page, it does not necessarily mean that the password is wrong. If the hosting is on a contractor account, regaining access also depends on their policies.
The customer website may work, although the owner cannot access the panel. In this case, it is worth keeping it available while looking for the cause.
Just owning a domain does not automatically give you access to hosting, DNS, panel and paid add-ons. These are different accounts, sometimes run by several companies.

- Do you see the login form?
- If a known address immediately leads to the main one, the reason may be related to the entry address or redirections. This should not automatically be considered an account takeover.
- Does official password recovery work?
- It may help if you have the correct account and access to his email. Missing messages is another symptom to write down. The recovery link remains private.
- Do you have access to hosting and a maintainer?
- If all accesses are missing, the first task is to map supplier accounts and procedures. This is different than a technical fix for a full-authorized login.

- Check your own previous handover instructions.
- Determine which accounts you have access to: WordPress, hosting, domain, DNS and email.
- Maintain correspondence with your current guardian.
What solutions make sense
With access by an authorized person, you can check the entry method, redirections and login errors. If a simple password reset is enough, there is no need to rebuild the website.
When a company does not control an account, the appropriate provider's procedure must be followed first. The result of the first diagnosis may be a list of missing accesses and further steps. Just collecting this information does not mean you will recover your panel.
