Scope and method of work
Do I need to change the appearance of the website?
No. Basic migration uses existing materials and the agreed look and feel. If you want to immediately rebuild the layout or write new texts, I will describe it in a separate scope.
What does "up to 5 simple pages" mean?
We count separate addresses with content to be transferred, including the main address and information documents, e.g. privacy. For example: main, offer, about the company, contact and privacy are 5 addresses. We confirm the list before ordering. Different layouts, large galleries and features also matter. A larger range receives a separate quote.
Will you move your store or booking system?
Not in the basic package. Such features require separate evaluation. Sometimes it makes more sense to keep and repair WordPress, and sometimes to connect the website to an external system. First, we determine the company's way of working.
Can I have the repair itself done?
Yes. WordPress repair is a separate service. Migration is not a requirement for removing bugs or infected content.
Will the website disappear during the works?
I am preparing a new version separately. The existing working site may remain available until the agreed implementation. In the event of a failure or active infection, we determine how to limit the damage separately.
What do I need to prepare?
Website address, description of needs and information on how often you change the content. For implementation, agreed access and rights to the transferred materials will be required. If something is missing, we will arrange it before work.

Editing, files and maintenance
Can I keep my current hosting?
First, I will check its capabilities and how e-mail works. If it's enough for a new site, it can stay. Any transfer of hosting or e-mail will be a separate item in the offer.
Can I change my phone number or price list myself?
The basic package does not include the edit panel. You can outsource the change or make it in files if you have the appropriate skills. We determine the need for independent editing before deciding on migration.
What about the contact form?
The form has a clear line item regarding: recovery, shipping, account and possible supplier fees. Before purchasing, I confirm whether a specific form is included in the migration package or requires additional work. Upon receipt, we check the delivery of the message.
What will I get when I finish?
A set of agreed files for publication and further editing, startup instructions and a summary of the work. The submission list also indicates how the form is handled and the accounts used. The migration package includes 14 days from publication to report a deployment error. We confirm the correction date after reporting.
Can I change the contractor later?
Yes. You receive the files, and the domain and hosting remain under your control. Further changes can be made by another person.

Prices and order
Will I pay the WPQuit subscription after migration?
Migration is a one-time service. Domain, hosting and any external services have their own fees. You order content changes according to the quote. You don't have to purchase ongoing maintenance to receive your website files.
When do I pay?
After accepting the offer with scope, price and deadline, before starting the agreed works. Submitting the form does not constitute an order for a paid service.

Addresses, Google and security
Will I keep the old page addresses?
I keep them wherever possible. If the structure needs to be changed, I prepare redirections from the old addresses to the appropriate new pages. The address list is part of the migration preparation.
Will migration improve positions in Google?
The goal is to transfer content and addresses correctly. Technology change alone does not guarantee better positions. I do not provide traffic or search engine placement forecasts without any basis.
Is a static website completely secure?
It does not include the installation of WordPress, its plugins or the database used to generate the page. Hosting, accounts, form and external services still matter. The scope of maintenance is reduced, but the responsibility for these elements remains.
Will repair always put an end to the infection?
The scope depends on what can be recognized and checked. The summary indicates the work performed, limitations and further recommendations. A complete assessment of your entire hosting account may require more extensive diagnostics.

Free check
Does the free inspection require access to the panel?
No. At this stage, a public address is sufficient. File and database diagnostics require separate agreement on scope and access.
Will anyone other than me see the free result?
I send the result to the person reporting the website. I do not publish entries or reports in the directory. I prepare implementation descriptions separately, taking into account the scope of published data.
What if you don't find the problem?
I will write that I did not notice any irregularities within the scope checked. This is also a useful result. An external review does not replace the evaluation of files, database and hosting accounts.
Do you have a specific symptom?
