Terms of service

Brief and no small print. Version dated October 22, 2026.

1. Who provides the services

2. For whom

We provide services to companies. If you run a sole proprietorship and the order is not of a professional nature for you, you are entitled to the rights that the regulations provide to consumers in such a situation.

3. Bezpłatne sprawdzenie strony

  • We only check the public part of the website. We don't log in, we don't send forms and we don't change anything.
  • By reporting a website, you confirm that it is yours or that you have the consent of its owner.
  • The result refers to the moment of checking and the checked range. The lack of findings does not mean that the site is safe.
  • We only send the result to you and do not publish it.

4. Offer and order

  • We send the offer by e-mail. It includes the scope of work, net and gross price, deadline and additional costs.
  • The offer is valid for 14 days. You place an order by accepting the offer by e-mail.
  • Payment is made before the start of work, in the manner indicated in the offer.
  • The price of $210 net applies to the described migration package after confirmation that the website meets its conditions. The price of the repair starts from $160 net. Each order has an accepted scope and full price in the offer.

5. Accesses

  • We determine the scope and method of granting access before a given stage of work. If the diagnosis requires logging in, we first agree on its purpose, result and possible cost. Paid diagnostics begin only after acceptance of the offer at this stage. It's best to use a temporary account.
  • We do not accept passwords via forms on the website or by regular e-mail. We determine the method of transfer separately.
  • After receipt, we remove our access. We recommend changing your passwords.

6. Migration

  • Before work, we make a copy of the page and check whether it can be reproduced.
  • The new page has a separate preview with set access or indexation restrictions. An address that is difficult to guess alone does not protect the content. We publish the version after your approval.
  • We keep the agreed addresses. When the address needs to change, we set up a redirection.
  • Included in the price is one cumulative round of compliance fixes within the approved scope.

7. Repair

  • Before changes, we make a copy of the files and database.
  • We work within the scope of the offer. When the research shows more, you get a new quote before continuing the work.
  • We do not guarantee detection of every hidden script. After the repair, you receive a description: what we checked, what we changed and what could not be determined.

8. Odbiór i błędy po wdrożeniu

  • After publication, you receive files, a description of the changes and instructions for ordering further changes.
  • The migration package includes 14 days from publication to report a deployment error. We correct such reported non-compliance with the approved scope without any additional fee. We confirm the correction date after reporting. The method of receiving and handling repair errors is determined by the offer.
  • New changes and extensions constitute a new order with a separate quote.

9. Czego cena nie obejmuje

Hosting, domain and paid licenses are separate costs unless the offer specifically includes them. The basic migration package does not include new design, text creation or infection cleanup. In the repair service, the scope of removal of unwanted content and code depends on the individual offer.

10. Files and content

After payment, the website files are yours and you can use them without restrictions. You are responsible for having the right to the texts, photos and characters that we transfer.

11. Responsibility

We do not guarantee the position in Google or the operation of services of providers over which we have no influence: hosting, e-mail, domain and external widgets. Our liability towards companies is limited to the price of the relevant order, within the limits permitted by law.

12. Complaints

Send your complaint by e-mail. We respond within 14 days.

13. Final provisions

We apply Polish law. The change in conditions does not apply to orders placed earlier. The principles of data processing are in privacy information.
