Updating prices and images after moving away from WordPress

A page without a panel requires determining how to make changes. Check out the three types of edits before you choose to migrate a simple offer.

Guide · Migration and features · content review: October 20, 2026

Start here

The first step

List the last three changes to your website and who made them. This is a better starting point than just asking whether you need a panel. It's also important how quickly you need to publish subsequent changes.

Changing the phone once a year, updating the price list every month and adding free dates every day are different ways of working. A ready-made file page may serve the first case well and hinder the third case.

The basic WPQuit migration does not include a self-editing panel. Once you've uploaded your files, you can have me or another contractor do the changes. The cost and date of subsequent work are determined separately.

Three different needs - before choosing a solution
Changing the phone
A rare fix that can be planned with the contractor.
Price list for the new month
Repetitive work. Determine who publishes the change and when.
Daily messages
Comfortable self-editing may be a key requirement.

Similar symptom. Various reasons.

Are you changing data or publishing new content?
Phone, hours and single price are limited adjustments. A new offer, additional locations and regular entries may require a broader way of managing content.
Does the change need to be posted on the website immediately?
If an employee needs to make the announcement themselves on the same day, it can be inconvenient to be dependent on a contractor. This requirement must be stated before choosing the technology.
Who is supposed to make changes after implementation?
The files need a person who can change and publish them correctly. Just uploading files doesn't mean a simple editor for a non-technical person.

Without changing files and settings

What you can check yourself

  1. Review changes from the last few months without guessing your future needs.
  2. Mark those that you need to do yourself.
  3. Write down the expected time for the change to be published: immediately, that day, or by appointment.
  4. Check if the company already has a file and hosting person.

What solutions make sense

Before migration, we describe how to make subsequent changes using specific examples: price correction, photo replacement and adding a new service. We determine what needs to be transferred and what will be separate work.

If frequent editing is important, you can leave WordPress and tidy up its handling. There is no reason to remove a panel just to recreate its needed functions later with other tools.

What does this mean for migration from WordPress?

Migration makes sense when the method of subsequent editing suits the company. The lack of a permanent subscription does not mean free future changes. Before ordering, you learn about the scope of implementation and the model of further service.

After the work is done

This is how you will know that the topic is proven

  • You know how to order or make a change after handover.
  • You have the files and a description of how to publish.
  • An agreed fix was tried on a specific example.
  • You know the line between a deployment bug fix and a new content change.

Prepare a description for reporting

Complete what you know. “I don't know” is also an answer. You can copy the text or save it as a file.

This field does not send anything. Don't enter passwords, recovery codes or customer details. After refreshing, your changes may disappear.

Would you like to pass the matter on?

To start with, all you need is an address, a symptom and the moment you noticed it. We will arrange the rest if necessary.

Technical basis

The guide helps you sort out the symptom. It is not a diagnosis of your installation. The details depend on the tool used and its version.
