4. What happens to forms, maps, galleries and integrations?
5. How will existing URLs be preserved or redirected?
6. Will I be able to update contact details, prices and photos myself? How?
7. Does the service include email or existing messages?
8. What is included in the one-off price, before and after VAT?
9. What external fees and renewal prices apply?
10. How are future changes charged?
11. What does maintenance include: backups, updates, monitoring, content, or something else?
12. What response times and support terms are included, if any?
13. How does preview review work, and how many revision rounds are included?
14. What is checked before acceptance, and what test evidence will I receive?
15. Which files, instructions and accounts will be handed over?
16. Which implementation defects will be corrected, and for how long?
